<br />58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-36R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF DANIEL <br />E. ARREDONDO, WAYMAN C. MULLINS, PAMELA GOLD, <br />BRIAN K. WENZEL, DONALD R. STEWART, ERIC <br />JOHANSEN, AND CLINTON W. MEADOWS AS MEMBERS OF <br />SAID CITY'S POLICE RESERVE FORCE: APPROVING <br />THE REMOVAL BY THE CHI~F OF POLICE OF <br />CHRISTOPHER ADAMSON, JOSE R. GONZALES, JAMES <br />KUYKENDALL, AND JIM P. JEFFREY FROM THE POLICE <br />RESERVE FORCE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ordinance duly adopted on January <br />28, 1985, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br />force of said City: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and <br />determines that approval of certain appointments and removals is <br />in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare: now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />Daniel E. Arredondo, Wayman C. Mullins, Pamela Gold, Brian K. <br />Wenzel, Donald R. Stewart, Eric Johansen, and Clinton W. Meadows <br />as members of said City's police reserve force is hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the removal by the Chief of Police of <br />Christopher Adamson, Jose R. Gonzales, James Kuykendall and Jim P. <br />Jeffrey from the police reserve force is hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
