<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />87 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />1987-57 <br /> <br />.:..::.;. <br />- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTIONS 29-131 AND 29-132 <br />OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR <br />LOWERED SPEED LIMITS ON FM 621 AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />EFFECTI VE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Section 29-131 of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following provision <br />added in alphabetical order: <br /> <br />Lorenzo De Zavala <br /> <br />Elementary School <br /> <br />FM Highway 621: <br /> <br />Northbound traffic: <br /> <br />From milepoint 0.161 to milepoint 0.352, a <br />miles- 25 m.p.h. <br /> <br />distance of <br /> <br />0.191 <br /> <br />From mi1epoint 0.542 to the north city limit of San Marcos at <br />milepoint 0.590 a distance of 0.048 miles; 30 m.p.h. <br /> <br />Southbound traffic: <br /> <br />Beginning at the north city limit of San Marcos at milepoint <br />0.590 to milepoint 0.542, a distance of 0.048 miles- 30 m.p.h. <br /> <br />From milepoint 0.352 to mi1epoint 0.161, a <br />miles- 25 m.p.h. <br /> <br />distance of <br /> <br />0.191 <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
