New building is inspected <br />and accepted by the architect and the city. <br /> <br />Furnishings and equipment are received and installed. <br /> <br />Library collection is moved to new facility. <br />Buyer takes possession of old library furnishings. <br /> <br />New library opens for service. <br />Buyer takes possession of old library building. <br /> <br />All grant funds are expended by the city. <br /> <br />Final audit of grant is conducted by an independent <br />CPA and submitted to TSL. <br />
