<br />15. <br /> <br />cancelled. <br /> <br />Operation of the Airport. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to operate the Airport in <br /> <br />accordance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />state <br /> <br />obligation <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Federal <br /> <br />Government under any of the agreements for which aid for <br /> <br />development was granted; provided, however, if such operation <br /> <br />restricts the operation of Lessee on the demised premises, <br /> <br />appropriate rental reductions shall be negotiated. <br /> <br />In the <br /> <br />event that appropriate rental reductions cannot be negotiated <br /> <br />between the parties hereto, then in such event, this lease <br /> <br />shall terminate and the parties hereto shall have no further <br />obligations hereunder. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />It is specifically understood and agreed that nothing <br /> <br />contained <br /> <br />herein <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />construed <br /> <br />granting <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />authorizing the granting of an exclusive right for exercising <br /> <br />an aeronautical activity which is discriminatory, and Lessee <br /> <br />specifically agrees <br />operation. Lessee, <br />discriminate in any <br />Regulations. Lessee <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />. operate <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />non-discriminatory <br /> <br />his <br /> <br />agents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />employees, <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />manner prohibited by Federal Aviation <br /> <br />further <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />comply <br /> <br />agrees <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />enforcement procedures as might be required by the Uni ted <br />states of America. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Lessor <br /> <br />right <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />reserves <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />take <br /> <br />action <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the <br />Airport against obstructions; and additionally, to limit the <br /> <br />Lessee from erecting or permitting to be erected any building <br /> <br />or structure on the Airport and on the demised premises that <br /> <br />would limit the usefulness <br /> <br />of the Airport or that would <br /> <br />constitute a hazard to aircraft. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to further develop the Airport <br /> <br />as it sees fit regardless of the desires of the Lessee, and <br /> <br />without <br /> <br />hindrance <br /> <br />interference <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />Lessee. <br /> <br />Lessor <br /> <br />expressly <br /> <br />right <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />reserves <br /> <br />grant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />others <br /> <br />additional leases and privileges with respect to said Airport <br /> <br />-12- <br />
