<br />25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-54R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF 'I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF r¡'HE <br />CITY OF SAN r~RCOS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT <br />AN EXCESS OF $12,752.50 IN REAL PROPERTY <br />TAXES WAS PAID BY UNIVERSITY SAVINGS, <br />FINDING SAID AMOUNT TO BE ERRONEOUS, <br />AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A REFUND IN <br />SAID AMOUN'r BY THE TAX COLLECTOR, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />r-tARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That it is hereby found and determined that <br />the payment of $12,752.50 in real property taxes for the 1985 <br />year, by University Savings to the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />is excessive and erroneous. <br /> <br />PART 2. That a refund in the amount of $12,752.50 by <br />the Tax Collector to University Savings is hereby authorized <br />and approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
