<br />26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-55R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CI'rY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AJ.'1ENDING AN <br />APPROVED USE AGREEf\1ENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS AND SAN ~~RCOS RADIO <br />CONTROL ASSOCIATION, AUTHORIZING TH1:: <br />MAYOR TO ENTER INTO SAID M1ENDED <br />AGREEMENT, k~D ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br />approved a Use Agreement between said City and the San Marcos <br />Radio Control Association on April 27, 1987: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a necessity to amend Section IX of <br />said Use Agreement: now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Use Agreement between the City of San <br />Marcos and the San Marcos Radio Control Association approved <br />April 27, 1987, be amended to read: <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Any structures, objects or items placed on the <br /> <br />subject premises by the Club shall be removed by <br /> <br />the Club upon the request of the City Manager or <br /> <br />his designee and at the sole expense of the Club. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, is hereby <br />authorized to execute an amendment to the Use Agreement <br />between said City and the San Marcos Radio Control <br />Association, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />PART 3.
