<br />31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-59R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING <br />FINAL PAYMENT TO DU-MOR ENTERPRISES FOR <br />COMPLETION OF THAT PROJECT KNOWN AS <br />WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS EPA PROJECT NO. <br />C-48-1464-03 FAIRLAWN Al~D SPRINGLAKE <br />HILLS ADDITION COLLECTION SYSTEM AND <br />REHABILITATION, ACCEPTING SAID PROJECT <br />FOR USE BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />\ŒEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the <br />services of Du-Mor Enterprises for completion of that project <br />known as Wastewater Improvements EPA Project No. C-48-1464-03 <br />Fairlawn and Springlake Hills Addition Collection System and <br />Rehabilitation; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and said <br />contract was entered into on December 19, 1985; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the project known as Hastewater <br />Improvements EPA Project No. C-48-1464-03 Fairlawn and <br />Springlake Hills Addition Collection System and <br />Rehabili tation has been completed pursuant to that contract <br />of December 19, 1985, between said City and Du-Mor <br />Enterprises, and said project is hereby accepted for use by <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That final payment in the amount of $10,000.00 <br />to Du-Mor Enterprises in full payment for said services is <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3.
