<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH
<br />REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
<br />STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY
<br />ZONING 78.23 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE J. M. VERAMENDI
<br />LEAGUE NO.1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT
<br />79.10 ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO W.P. DONALSON, JR.,
<br />BY W. P. DONALSON, SR., BY DEED DATED JANUARY 18, 1956,
<br />AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 167, PAGE 87, HAYS COUNTY DEED
<br />RECORDS: A/K/A 2503 HUNTER ROAD FROM "PD" (PRE-DEVELOPMENT
<br />DISTRICT) TO "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT): AND
<br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />WHEREAS, on April 7,1987, the Zoning Commission of
<br />San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request
<br />zoning from "PD" (Pre-Development District) to
<br />Industrial District) of 78.23 acres of land out of the
<br />League No.1 of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and,
<br />
<br />the City of

<br />WHEREAS, subsequent to said

<br />voted to approve the same and has

<br />WHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br />Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos
<br />pertaining to amendments have been met; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety: now, therefore,

<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake set under fence on the Northeast line
<br />of the said Donalson tract, at its intersection with the
<br />Southeast line of R.M. Highway No. 2439, for the North corner of
<br />the tract herein described, and from which an iron stake found
<br />at the base of a corner fence post bears, N 45 degrees 16'w,
<br />2.25 feet:

<br />THENCE, leaving the said R.M. Highway No. 2439, with fence the
<br />Northeast line of the said Donalson tract, the following courses
