M. VERAMENDI <br />LEAGUE NO.1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT <br />79.10 ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO W.P. DONALSON, JR., <br />BY W. P. DONALSON, SR., BY DEED DATED JANUARY 18, 1956, <br />AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 167, PAGE 87, HAYS COUNTY DEED <br />RECORDS: A/K/A 2503 HUNTER ROAD FROM "PD" (PRE-DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT) TO "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT): AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 7,1987, the Zoning Commission of <br />San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request <br />zoning from "PD" (Pre-Development District) to <br />Industrial District) of 78.23 acres of land out of the <br />League No.1 of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and, <br /> <br />the City of <br />to change the <br />II LI II (Light <br />J. Highway No. 2439, for the North corner of <br />the tract herein described, and from which an iron stake found <br />at the base of a corner fence post bears, N 45 degrees 16'w, <br />2.25 feet: <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said R.M.
