Stokes, Sr., whose local address is at 1122 Segu~n H~ghway, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, a pr~vate c~tizen, operating a~rcraft out of the San Marcos Mun~cipal A~r?ort, des~res to ootain from the C~ty of San Marcos a land lease upon wh~ch to construct an a~rcraft storage facility as described i:1 paragraph five ( 5 ) hereinbelow descr~o~a; ana WHEREAS, the C~ty of San Marcos, as Lessor, in order to effectuate use of the suoJect premises to construct such storage fac~Lity aes~res to enter ~nto a Lease of a port~on of such Airport w~th John J. Stokes, Sr., as Lessee, and John J. Stokes, Sr. aoes aes~re to lease such property for the construction of a storage fac~llty for aircraft in accoraance with the follow~ng terms and conditions: WITNESSETH: 1. Dem!!ea Prem~ses. The C~ty of San Marcos, here~nafter caLled Lessor, herebY leases to John J. Stokes, Sr., hereinafter called Lessee, ana sa~d Lessee rents from Lessor that certain premises containing 15,000 square feet, more or less, aescriDea ana ~dent~fied in Exhio~t A attached hereto and :ì.ncorporated by reference here~n. For the purposes of this lease, th~s property ~S deemed to be unimproved. 2. Survey.
