<br />58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-67R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO THE PAT <br />CANION EXCAVATING COMPANY, FOR COMPLETION OF THE <br />LOOP STREET WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, ACCEPTING <br />SAID PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT IN THE N10UNT OF $48,388.50 AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the services <br />of the Pat Canion Excavating Company for completion of the Loop <br />Street Wastewater Improvements Project: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a contract <br />between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and said contractor entered into <br />on January 20, 1987; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Loop Street Wastewater Improvements Project <br />has been completed pursuant to that contract of January 20,1987, <br />between said City and the Pat Canion Excavating Company, and said <br />project is hereby accepted for use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That final payment <br />the Pat Canion Excavating Company in <br />services is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />in the amount of $48,388.50 to <br />full payment for said <br /> <br />PART 3.
