<br />~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP)
<br />OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, OF BLOCK 2, LOTS
<br />2,3,4,5 AND 6 OF THE VICTORY GARDENS, SECTION 1 TO THE
<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN
<br />VOLUME 128, PAGE 46 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS,
<br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 200-206 CAMACHO STREET FROM
<br />COMMERCIAL TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND DECLARING
<br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on January 20, 1987, the Joint Planning and Zoning
<br />Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding
<br />a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master
<br />Plan from Commercial to Low Density Residential of Block 2,
<br />Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Victory Gardens, Section 1, located
<br />at 200-206 Camacho Street, Hays County, Texas; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said
<br />Commissions did, on January 20,1987, consider said request
<br />and voted to approve the same and have recommended that
<br />such request be approved by the City Council of said City; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the
<br />of June, 1987, regarding such request; and,
<br />

<br />amendments have been met; and,

<br />WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />
<br />SAN
<br />
<br />MARCOS,
<br />
<br />TEXAS:
<br />
<br />PART 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located at 200-206 Camacho Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas,
<br />which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the
<br />Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Commercial shall be
<br />shown on said map as Low Density Residential:
<br />
<br />BLOCK 2, LOTS 2,3,4,5 AND 6, VICTORY GARDENS, SECTION 1, CITY
<br />OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOUJME 128,
<br />PAGE 46 OF HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
<br />
<br />PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
<br />from and after its passage.
