<br />82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-71R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br />TO RAM-I-CO., INC. FOR COMPLETION OF THAT <br />PROJECT KNOWN AS ALTO-MIDWAY 8" WATERLINE, <br />ACCEPTING SAID PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY, <br />AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$5,479.64, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the <br />services of Ram-I-Co., Inc. for construction of that project known <br />as Alto-Midway 8" Waterline; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a contract <br />between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and said contractor entered <br />into on March 19, 1987; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART l. That the project known as Alto-Midway 8" Waterline <br />has been completed pursuant to that contract of March 19, 1987, <br />between said City and Ram-I-Co., Inc., and said project is hereby <br />accepted for use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That final payment in the amount of $5,479.64 to <br />Ram-I-Co., Inc. in full payment for said services is hereby <br />authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3.
