<br />107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-75R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT <br />AN EXCESS OF $ 2, 719 . 50 IN PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY TAX WAS PAID BY INGRAM READY <br />MIX, FINDING SAID AMOUNT TO BE ERRONEOUS, <br />AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A REFUND IN <br />SAID AMOUNT BY THE TAX COLLECTOR, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That it is hereby found and determined that <br />the payment of $2,719.50 in personal property taxes for the <br />1986 year, by Ingram Ready Mix to the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, is excessive and erroneous. <br /> <br />PART 2. That a refund in the amount of $2,719.50 by <br />the Tax Collector to Ingram Ready Mix is hereby authorized <br />and approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
