<br />TEXAS, SAME BEING APPROXIMATELY 67 SQUARE MILES OF LAND, AND
<br />BEING ALL OF VOTING PRECINCT NO. 23 (CITY OF KYLE), AND PORTIONS
<br />OF VOTING PRECINCTS NO. 25; NO 27; AND NO. 29, AND BEING MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

<br />BEGINNING at the intersec~ion of County Road No. 159, and State
<br />Highway No. 21, same being on the Hays-Caldwell Co. line, and
<br />being at the East corner of the South Hays County Rural Fire
<br />Prevention District, for the South corner of the Kyle Rural Fire
<br />Prevention District herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCF, leav Ing the said Ca1 dwell County, and the State Highway
<br />No. 21, with the Northerly line of the said South Hays County
<br />Rural Fire Prevention District, the following courses numbered
<br />(1) through (3):
<br />(1) NORTHWEST with the said County Road No. 159, to its
<br />intersection with Interstate Highway No. 35;
<br />{2) leaving the said County Road No. 159, with the said
<br />Interstate Highway No. 35; SOUTHWEST to its
<br />intersection with the Blanco River;
<br />(3) leaving the said Interstate Highway No. 35, with the
<br />said Blanco River NORTHWEST, to a Northwest corner of the said
<br />South Hays County Rural Fire Prevention district, for a Southwest
<br />corner of the Kyle Rural Fire Prevention District herein
<br />described, same being on a Northeast line of the Wimberley Rural
<br />Fire Prevention District;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Blanco River and the said South Hays
<br />County Rural Fire Prevention District, with the Northeast line of
<br />the said Wimberley Rural Fire Prevention District, the following
<br />Courses numbered (4) through (6):
<br />(4) NORTHWEST, to the Southeast corner of the Robert Pace
<br />Survey, in the Amelia Wilson League, same being at the
<br />Northwest corner of the Frederick Morey Survey, for a
<br />corner of the Kyle Rural Fire Prevention District
<br />herein described;
<br />(5) leaving the Frederick Morey survey, with the East line
<br />of the said Pace Survey and the William H. Lupton
<br />Survey, NORTH to the Northeast corner of the said
<br />William H. Lupton Survey, same being on the North line
<br />of the said Amel ia Wilson League, and being
<br />approximately at R.M. Highway No. 3237, for the most
<br />Westerly corner of the Kyle Rural Fire Prevention
<br />District herein described;
<br />(6) leaving the said William Lupton Survey, with the North
<br />line of the said Amelia Wilson League, EAST, along the said R.M.
<br />3237 to F.M. Highway No. 150, same being a corner of the said
<br />Wimberley Rural Fire Prevention District, and being the Southeast
<br />corner of the Northwest Hays County Rural Fire Prevention
<br />District No.4, for a corner of the Kyle Rural Fire Prevention
<br />District herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Amelia Wilson Lea9u~ and the said
<br />Wimberley Rural Fire Prevention District, and the said F.M.
<br />Highway No. ISO, and the said R.M. 3237, with an East line of the
<br />said Northwest Hays County Rural Fire Prevention District,
<br />NORTHEAST to Onion Creek, same being a South line of the
<br />Northeast Hays County Rural Fire Prevention District, for the
<br />Northwest corner of the Rural Fire Prevention District herein
