<br />THENCE: N 44 degrees 571 14" E 303.84 feet to an iron pin set <br />in the Southwest line of said 60 foot road, for the North corner <br />of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE: S 29 degrees 25' 09" E 19.06 feet and S 56 degrees <br />OS' 00" E 258.0 feet, along the Southwest line of said 60 foot <br />road, to the Point of Beginning and containing 1.500 acres of <br />land, more or less. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on July 27, 1987, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied.
