<br />158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-89R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF <br />CHRISTOPHER R. ROLIG, WILLIAM A. KINSEL <br />AND RICHARD W. REES AS MEMBERS OF THE <br />CITY'S POLICE RESERVE FORCE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance duly adopted on January <br />28, 1985, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, has appointed certain persons as members of the police <br />reserve force of the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City hereby finds and <br />determines that approval of certain appointments is in the <br />interest of the public health, safety and welfare; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART l. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />the City of Christopher R. Rolig, William A. Kinsel and <br />Richard W. Rees as members of the City's police reserve force <br />is in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
