RESOLUTION 2026-98R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MCCAMANT <br /> CONSULTING, LLC FOR THE PROVISION OF WHOLESALE POWER <br /> AND UTILITY CONSULTING SERVICES IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL <br /> AMOUNT OF $92,400.00 WITH UP TO $7,700.00 IN REIMBURSABLE <br /> EXPENSES ANNUALLY AND AUTHORIZING UP TO THREE <br /> OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR RENEWALS; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Services Agreement with McCamant Consulting, LLC (Contract No. 2026- <br /> 002) for the provision of wholesale power and utility consulting services in the estimated annual <br /> amount of$92,400.00 with up to $7,700.00 in reimbursable expenses annually is approved, and <br /> up to three optional additional one-year renewals are authorized. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Services <br /> Agreement and any of the authorized renewals on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
