<br />216 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-105R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT <br />AN EXCESS OF $19,869.25 IN REAL PROPERTY <br />TAXES WAS PAID BY PARK PLACE LTD. BY AND <br />THROUGH HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION, FINDING SAID AMOUNT TO BE <br />ERRONEOUS, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A <br />REFUND IN SAID AMOUNT BY THE TAX <br />COLLECTOR, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That it is hereby found and det.ermined that <br />the payment of $19,869.25 in real property taxes for the 1985 <br />tax year by Park Place Ltd. by and through Home Savings and <br />Loan Association is hereby authorized and approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That. a refund in t.he amount of $19,869.25 by <br />the Tax Collector to Park Place Ltd. by and through Home <br />Savings and Loan Association is hereby authorized and <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
