<br />235 <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Counties of Hays and Caldwell <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Sta te of <br /> <br />Texas, <br /> <br />existing by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />under <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />laws of the State of Texas, for and in consideration of the <br /> <br />sum of TEN DOLLARS ($IO.OO) <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />other good and valuable consideration <br /> <br />to the undersigned paid <br /> <br />by the Grantee <br /> <br />herein <br /> <br />named, the <br /> <br />receipt of <br /> <br />which is <br /> <br />hereby acknowledged, <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />GRANTED, <br /> <br />SO LD AND <br /> <br />CONVEYED, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />these <br /> <br />presents <br /> <br />does GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY to Leon R. King, P.O. <br /> <br />Box 268, <br /> <br />San Marcos, Hays County, <br /> <br />Texas, <br /> <br />all of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />right, <br /> <br />title and interest in and to the <br /> <br />following described real property in <br /> <br />Hays County, Texas, to-wit: <br /> <br />A 18' by 340' alley ~nd a 18' by 72' portion of an alley both <br />said parcels of land being located in the Harle and Hofheinz <br />Subdivision of Block No.1, J.F. McGehee Addition, San Marcos, <br />Hays County, Texas, which abut lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 12 of said <br />Addition, the plat of said Addition being recorded in Volume 56, <br />Page 139 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas the property <br />herein conveyed being all of said alley and a portion of an <br />alley which abut or are adjacent to property owned by the said <br />Leon R.
