Huntland Drive, Suite 100 <br />Austin, Texas 78752 <br />512-420-0338 <br />Fax: 512-419-1432 <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />15.1 The City will compensate the Engineer, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br />Engineer, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />15.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Engineer for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.0 through 1.5 is a fixed fee of $304,110.00. This compensation is divided among <br />the Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses as follows: <br />TASK 1-PROJECT MANAGEMENT $ 35,079.00 <br />TASK 2 -PRELIMINARY DESIGN $ 81,828.00 <br />TASK 3 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & TECHNICAL <br />SPECIFICATIONS $ 98,071.00 <br />TASK 4 -ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES $ 54,992.00 <br />TASK 5 -BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION $ 28,059.00 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: $ 6,081.00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $304,110.00 <br />15.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Engineer will be <br />computed based on the Engineer's standard hourly rates: <br />Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc.
