SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY ELECTRIC TARIFF ISSUED BY-: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. EFFECTIVE DATE: REVISION NO. RESIDENTIAL SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE - RS The City shall charge and collect for residential electric service on the basis of this Rate Schedule - RS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate schedule. AVAILABILITY This rate is available throughout served by the City of San Marcos. the entire territory APPLICATION This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service required exclusively for domestic purposes by individual (single family) private residences, individually metered apartment units and farm homes. This rate schedule is not applicable to busi- nesses, licensed boarding or rooming houses, fraternity or soror- ity houses advertised as such, educational institutions or facil- ities, or apartment houses including the common facility require- ments of residences also used for business purposes, evidenced by any form of advertising including separate white page telephone listing, which will be served under the appropriate general service rate schedule. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- rent, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard available voltages. The City may, at its option, provide three phase service when individual motors rated at 5.0 horsepower or larger are connected. Standby or resale service is not permitted under this rate schedule. MONTHLY RATE Customer Charge: Single or Three Phase Service.....$ 6.50 Energy Charge: All kWh........................... $0.04516 per kWh
