SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY ELECTRIC TARIFF ISSUED BY:- CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEE.T NO. EFFECTIVE DATE: REVISION NO. POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE RATE SCHEDULE - PCA MONTHLY POWER COSTS Total applicable Monthly Power Costs "Fm" shall be calcu- lated for the current billing month as the sum of: (a) Total wholesale power costs purchased from the Lower Colorado River Authority (ltLCRA") during the preceding wholesale power billing month reduced by the sum of; (1) Wholesale Schedule WP "Customer Charge" calculated at the rate of $198.00; and (2) Wholesale Schedule WP "Capacity Charge" calculated at the 138 kV rate of $5.933 per kW or the Average rate of $6.019 per kW, as applicable; and (3) Wholesale Schedule WP "Delivery System Charge" calculated at the 138 kV rate of $0.526 per kW; and (4) (b) Wholesale Schedule WP "Energy Charge" calculated at the 138 kV rate of $0.002796 per kWh; and The total cost of electric power and energy during the preceding months purchased from any other power supply resource(s), including purchases from co-generation facilities, small power production facilities, and any Qualifying Facilities as defined by the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978. MONTHLY ENERGY SALES Total applicable Monthly Energy Sales "Smll shall be calcu- lated for the current billing month as the sum of: (a) total kWh purchased from LCRA during the preceding wholesale power billing month; and (b) total kWh purchased from any other power supply re- source(s) during the preceding months, including pur- chases from co-generation facilities; small power pro- duction facilities, and any Qualifying Facilities as defined by the Public Utility Regulatory Act of 1978.
