<br />-4- <br /> <br />If a PDD outside the City limits requests discretionary <br />bonuses, the request shall first be forwarded to the Planning <br />Commission which shall make a recommendation to the City <br />Council concerning the discretionary bonuses to be awarded. The <br />City Council shall decide the amount of discretionary bonuses to <br />be awarded. <br /> <br />PART 12. That <br />adopted in its place. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />203.1. <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />repealed <br /> <br />and the following <br /> <br />203. <br /> <br />Density. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The base density for land which is designated on the Future <br />Land Use Plan (map) as residential, 0 to 3 units per acre <br />shall be three (3) dwelling units per residential acre. <br />Elsewhere, the base density for a PDD district is six (6) <br />dwelling units per residential acre (6 du/acre). Bonuses <br />may be earned to increase the allowable density above the <br />base. For purposes of determining residential acreage, <br />mixed use structures in which residential uses comprise <br />fifty (50) percent or more of the total mixed use area may <br />be considered as residential uses. <br /> <br />PART 13. That the words "quantitative date" in Section 404.3.C. <br />is changed to 1IInformation expressed in numbers." <br /> <br />PART 14.
