86 RESOLUTION 1987-133R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR COMPLETION OF THAT PROJECT KNOWN AS CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION IMPROVEMENTS, ACCEPTING SAID PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $15, 924.28, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the services of Traffic Maintenance and Construction, Inc. for completion of that project known as Central Business District Traffic Signal Improvements; and, WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and said contractor entered into on May 7,1987; now, therefore, BE TEXAS: IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, PART 1. That the project known as the Central Business District Traffic Signal Improvements has been completed pursuant to that contract of May 7, 1987, between said City and Traffic Maintenance and Construction, Inc. and said project is hereby accepted for use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. PART 2. That final payment in the amount of Traffic Maintenance and Construction, Inc., in full and for said services is hereby authorized. $15,924.28 to final payment PART 3.
