CHAMBERS VERAMENDI LEAGUE IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS. LEAGUE AND THE J.M. THENCE, with the Northwest line of said Brown 39.81 acre tract of land as found fenced with the courses and distances as follows; N 19 degrees 12' E, 183.47 feet to an iron rod set and N 45 degrees 11' E, 1485.20 feet to an iron pipe found in the Southwest line of Lime Kiln Road at the North corner of said 39.81 acre tract for the North corner of this tract; THENCE, with the Southwest line of Lime Kiln Road and the Northeast line of the said Brown 39.81 acre tract with the courses and distances as follows¡ S 31 degrees 45' E, 920.63 feet to a concrete monument found, S 28 degrees 35' E 63.11 feet to an iron rod set and S 32 degrees 35' E 207.80 feet to an iron pipe found at the East corner of the said 39.81 acre tract and the North corner of the said Brown 23.2 acre tract for an angle point in this tract; THENCE, continuing with the Southwest line of Lime Kiln Road and the Northeast line of said Brown 23.2 acre tract with the courses and distances as follows: S 32 degrees 52' E, 470.28 feet to an iron rod set and S 53 degrees 19' E, 552.80 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 62.19 acres being 6.82 acres of land out of the J.r1. Veramendi League No.2 and 55.37 acres out of the T.J. Chambers League. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been sublect to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on November 9, 1987, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
