<br />Budget Overview <br />Fiscal Year 1987-88 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />The system improvement portion of the construction budget is an <br />integral part of a continual five year forecast and project plan <br />to keep the system upgraded and adequate to meet future <br />requirements. Until further notice by the City, the Austin LCRA <br />Distribution Engineering group, in coordination with the San Marcos <br />District and the City of San Marcos will be responsible for planning <br />in this area and system design. <br /> <br />The Lower Colorado River Authority is very happy to be your <br />Operating Agent. The employees at LCRA are dedicated in serving <br />the City and its citizens to the best of thei r abil ity.
