RESOLUTION NO. 2026-131R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE <br /> CONTRACT WITH SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC., THROUGH <br /> THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES, FOR <br /> MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT LICENSES IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $600,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The one-year extension with SHI Government Solutions, Inc, (Contract <br /> 218-322), through the State Department of Information Resources Cooperative Contract (State <br /> DIR-TSO-4092), for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement licenses is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute appropriate <br /> documents related to the contract on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
