-3- (c) Procure and prepare all necessary election equipment, including but not limited to, voting booths, ballot boxes and transport to and from polling places; (d) Prepare and distribute election forms and supplies; (e) Procure election personnel for each polling place; notify of date, time and place of the election; instruct personnel as to election procedures; (f) Assist in providing general overall supervision of the election and provide advisory services in connection with the decisions to be made and actions to be taken by officers of the District who are responsible for holding the elect ion; (g) Conduct the absentee voting in person and by mail.
