106. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003- 214 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A BUCKET TRUCK AND <br />DIGGER DERRICK FOR THE ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT FROM <br />ALTEC INDUSTRIES, INC. THROUGH THE TEXAS BUILDING AND <br />PROCUREMENT COMMISSION/TEXAS MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The purchase of a bucket truck through the Texas Building and <br />Procurement Commission/Texas Multiple Award Schedule for the Electric Utility <br />Department from Altec Industries, Inc. for a total of $66,898.00 is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2. The purchase of an Altec Model D945BR digger derrick through the <br />Texas Building and Procurement Commission/Texas Multiple Award Schedule for the <br />Electric Utility Department from Altec Industries, Inc. for a total of $141,762.00 is <br />approved. <br /> <br /> PART 3. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to <br />execute appropriate purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> PART 4.
