He also stated he feels the Ethics Commission does <br />not need outside Counsel to determine the legal definitions. He also <br />stated the allegations against Mayor Habingreither and Council Member <br />Taylor are the same allegations they have already acted on last year. He <br />also stated he feels the Council should all take lie detector tests <br />regarding the campaign flyer investigation. 2) Kathleen Clendennon stated <br />she attended the Ethics Review Commission last week. She stated the <br />Commission seems confused on some definitions of legal terms. She also <br />stated she does not understand why the Commission is requesting outside <br />Counsel since they have already heard this same issue previously. 3) Mark <br /> <br /> <br />
