124. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 216R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A <br />STREET SWEEPER FROM KINLOCH EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY, <br />INC.; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The purchase of an Elgin Whirlwind street sweeper from Kinlo. ch Equipment & <br />Supply, Inc., through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative, in the amount of <br />$137,783.60, including trade-in credit and options discount, is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to execute contract <br />documents for this purchase on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
