much of the Additional Amount the City wants to increase the Annual Commitment, and to <br />provide written notice of such determination to GBRA. GBRA and the City will then <br />execute an amendment to the Water Purchase Contract providing for the new Annual <br />Commitment, and also providing in that amenchnent that payment for the new Annual <br />Commitment, as described in Section F of the Water Purchase Contract, will begin <br />immediately on the Availability Expiration Date. <br /> <br />9) In the event of a breach of this Letter Agreement, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to <br /> exercise any and all remedies contemplated by the applicable underlying agreement(s). <br /> <br />10) The effective date of this Letter Agreement is January 1, 2004. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter.
