E. Hopkins, at 7:00 P.M. on <br />Tuesday, February 16, 2010, to consider the-fol- <br />lowing: <br />An amendment to the future land use map from <br />amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) . <br />to Mixed Use (MU) for a .14 acres, more or less, <br />tract of1and located at 202 Roosevelt Street. In <br />addition, all interested persons may speak for or <br />against a concurrent ordinance amending the offi- <br />cial zoning map.of the City by rezoning this tract <br />from Single-Family Residential District (SF-4.5) to <br />Mixed Use(MU). <br />An amendment to the official zoning map of the <br />City rezoning a 19.68 acres, more or less, tract of <br />land located at 1800 Post Road, from Future <br />Development (FD) to Multi-family (MF-18). <br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate on <br />the basis,bf disability in the admission or access to <br />its services, programs, -or activities.
