The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 114.029 of <br />the San Marcos City Code, is amended to establish the zoning for the following real property as <br />"Lr' Light Industrial District: <br /> <br />Street address: Off of the 3000 Block of IH-35 North. <br /> <br />Legal description: A 6.109 acre, more or less, tract out of the William Ward Survey, <br />Number 3, Abstract 467, a metes and bounds description of which is attached as Exhibit <br />B. <br /> <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 1892, Page 7, Hays County Deed Records. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Future Land Use Plan of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan is <br />revised to conform to this zoning map amendment for the 21.374 acre tract zoned "C" <br />Commercial District. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a <br />misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City <br />Code upon conviction. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered, or if it is <br />reconsidered and approved, notice of its adoption will be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the. City.
