DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A DESCRIPTION OF 6.109 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE WILLIAM WARD <br />SURVEY NUMBER 3, ABSTRACT NUMBER 467, IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS., <br />SAID 6.109 ACRES BEING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN 27.47 ACRE TRACT <br />OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED TO CHUCK NASH, OF RECORD IN VOLUME <br />1892, PAGE 7 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the southeast line of Old Post Road, said point <br />being at the most northerly comer of that certain tract of land described in a deed to Bill <br />D. Hillbum et ux, of record, in Volume 194, Page 308 of the Deed Records of Hays <br />County, Texas, and at the most westerly comer of said Nash tract, for the most westerly <br />comer of the herein described tract of land; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the southeast line of said Old Post Road and the northwest line of said <br />Nash tract, N 36°56'14'' E a distance of 239.57 feet to an iron rod found at the most <br />westerly comer of that certain tract of land described in a deed to Interstate 35 J.V. 1991- <br />11, of record in Volume 904, Page 13 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said <br />point being also at the most northerly comer of said Nash tract, for the most northerly <br />comer of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the southwest line of said Interstate 35 J.V. 1991-11 tract and the <br />northeast line of said Nash tract, S 44o47'26" E, a distance of 1138.88 feetto a point for <br />the most easterly comer of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, over and across said Nash tract, S 45o13'42'' W, a distance of 237.44 feet to a <br />point in the northeast line of said Hillburn tract, said point being also in the southwest <br />line of said Nash tract, for the most southerly comer of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the northeast line of said Hillbum tract and the southwest' line of said <br />Nash tract, N 44046'18" W, a distance of 1104.33 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, <br />and containing 2~fl.q Acres of land. <br /> <br />Surveyed under the direct supervision of the undersigned <br /> <br />R2 DAVID STRUTTON DATE <br />REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR NO. 4312 <br />BAKER-AICKLEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />203 E.
