DATED JANUARY 10, 1966 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 209, PAGE 418 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS', AND 'BEING MORE PARTICULARLY .DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set in a ditch in the northwest line of Interstate Highway No. 35 for the south corner of this tract and the Central Freight Lines 14.20 acre tract, and for the southeast corner of Lot 1, Guadalupe'Picasio Addition ss recorded in Volume 5, Page 285 of the Hays County Plat Records; T~ENCE leaving Interstate Highway No. 35 and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 25874-95-d as prepared for Central Freight Lines, Inc. by Byrn & Associates, Ince of San Marcos, Texas, with the common southwest line of the Central Freight Lines tract and the northeast line of Lot 1, Guadalupe Picasio Addition, N 45° 09' 18" W 558.86 feet to a-1/2" iron rod set for the west corner of this tract and the Central Freight Lines tract, from which a 5/8" iron rod found for the apparent South corner of Lot l- A, Replat of Wide-Lite Unit i Subdivision-'as'recorded in Volume 5, Page 284 of the Hays County Plat Records bears S 44° 53' 05" W 0.93'feet., from which a "Pro-Tech" aluminum capped iron rod found for the south corner of Lot 1-A as orginally monumented) bears S 56° 51' 08" W 3.45 feet (.both monuments being in conflict with Lot 1, Guadalupe Picasio Addition); THENCE leaving Lot 1, Guadalupe Picasio Addition with the common northwest line of the Central Freight Lines tract and southeast line of Lot l-A, Replat Wide-Lite' Unit 1 SubdiVisiOn, N 44o 53' 05" E 350.87 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for the north corner of this tract and the west corner of that tract described as 2.545 acres in a deed from Central Freight Lines, Inc. to William j.
