For the Partners for <br />Progress to achieve sustainable economic development for the region, it will be <br />necessary to increase investment and capacity in the programs that support this <br />Strategy. Once the final Strategy is approved, options to adopt organizational and <br />funding recommendations will be addressed in the Implementation Plan. <br /> <br />This strategic plan provides Greater San MarcosÂ’ leaders with a significant <br />opportunity to come together, for the first time, behind a plan for progressive and <br />sustainable change.
