PART 2. That the City Council may implement all or any parts of the <br />Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and Implementation Plan as it deems <br />appropriate. <br />PART 3. That the City Manager may sign such letters or other documents <br />evidencing the City's approval and adoption of the Comprehensive Economic Development <br />Strategy and Implementation Plan consistent with this resolution and the direction of the City <br />Council. <br />PART 4.
