Box 706 <br />Wimberley, Texas 78676 <br /> <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />163. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bisett: <br /> <br />This letter shall serve as an agreement between David Bisett ("Consultant"), P.O. Box 706, <br />Wimberley, Texas 78676 and the City of SanMarcos ("City"), 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666 for the provision of professional land acquisition services in connection with various Capital <br />Improvement Projects for the City. Consultant agrees to perform all services in accordance with the <br />attached City of San Marcos Terms and Conditions for Professional Service Agreements <br />(Attachment A). <br /> <br />The Consultant will perform its services on a per project basis upon notification by the City in <br />accordance with the Consultant's Scope of Work attached to this Agreement as Attachment B. <br /> <br />Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant must be <br />authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this Agreement <br />as Attachment C. <br /> <br />The City agrees to pay Consultant a not-to-exceed mount of $80,000.00, for the performance of its <br />services. The Consultant agrees to bill the City at $50.00 per hour in 0.25 hour increments.
