per request, will be charged to the Contractor for administrative costs in processing each assignment <br />under this paragraph. Upon payment of such fee to the City, contract payments will be modified to <br />reflect the changed payee name and address. <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />RECORDS AND REPORTS <br />Section 4.1 The Contractor will file the following records and reports with the City as directed: <br />4.1.1 Reports of all complaints received, investigations of these complaints, and actions taken by <br />the Contractor. <br />4.1.2 Reports of recycling information which includes estimated amount by weight of recyclable <br />materials collected. <br />4.1.3 Reports of multi-family services which include number of accounts, container(s) size, <br />frequency, and volume. <br />Section 4.2 The Contractor will retain all records and supporting documentation applicable to this <br />Contract, and not delivered to the City, for a period of three years except in the event that the <br />Contractor goes out of business, it will deliver to the City all of its records relating to this Contract <br />for retention by the City. <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />TERM OF CONTRACT <br />Section 5.1 Contract Term <br />The term of this Contract will begin on April 1, 2010 and will end on September 30, 2010. <br />Section 5.2 Option to Extend <br />The contract term may be extended for an additional six month period, provided all terms and <br />conditions remain in full force and effect except for the Contract being extended. This option, if <br />exercised, is to be executed in the form of an Authorization of Change in Services form no sooner <br />than 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the Contract, nor later than the final day of the contract <br />period. This option requires the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor. Refusal by either <br />party to exercise an option to renew will cause the Contract to expire on the original or mutually <br />agreed upon date. The total period of the Contract, including the extension as a result of exercising <br />this option, will not exceed a maximum combined period of one year. <br />Section 5.3 Breach/Default <br />[9]
