We <br />have made and retained one copy for our files. <br />The Design Division has made the following comment: <br />" . any sidewalks, curb ramps and other pedestrian elements to be constructed <br />by the City of San Marcos (city) shall be in accordance with the requirements of <br />Title II of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and with the Texas Accessibility <br />Standards (TAS).
