1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the Engineer <br />will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and <br />information. <br /> <br />1.1.7 Assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the Engineer's <br />representatives. The Engineer will meet with the Project team to set the design and production <br />schedule and parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the components within which all Project <br />participants must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines involved in the <br />comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Engineer will prepare a detailed <br />schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the work to be done, indicating <br />the points of involvement of all project participants. <br /> <br />1.1.8 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required for <br />the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - DATA COLLECTION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 · Obtain as-built raw water main plans, tax appraisal district maps from both Hays and <br />Caldwell counties, San Marcos Wastewater Treatment Plant high service pump station plans, <br />existing raw water transmission main plans, existing raw water transmission main easements, Texas <br />Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") right-of-way maps, County Road 266 right-of-way maps, <br />Hays County plans for County Road 266 rehabilitation, selective subdivision plans (if available), <br />wastewater as-builts (if available), petroleum and natural gas pipelines maps, power transmission <br />and distribution maps, telecommunication system maps, fiber optic system maps, railroad right-of- <br />way maps, City of San Marcos Water Master Plan, and City of San Marcos city planning documents; <br />review and assess how this information will affect the Project alignment. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Review existing aerial photograph(s) and existing topographic information for accuracy and <br />availability for project use. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Conduct a meeting with the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority ("GBRA") to identify <br />easement issues, future plans and any additional river crossings. <br /> <br />1.2.4. Conduct a meeting with TxDOT to review plans for FM 110 and determine the affect of the <br />Project on the potential alignment of the new transmission main. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Obtain and review existing geotechnical and environmental information to determine <br />applicability to the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Set survey control.
