The <br />report is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Mrs. Hambrick advised the Council that the petition was <br />insufficient since it contained too few signatures and that <br />it could be amended by the petitioners conform to legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration a Staff request to <br />bid for a fuel storage tank to be located at the City Shop <br />to store unleaded gas. Mr. James moved to authorize <br />advertisement for bids for both 5,000 and 10,000 gallon <br />storage tanks. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed to executive session at 11:00 p.m. <br />on motion of Mr. James and second of Mr. Breihan. The meeting <br />reconvened in regular session at 11:20 p.m. on motion of <br />Mayor Hansen and second of Mr. James. The Mayor reported that <br />the Council had met with the City Attorney to discuss two cases <br />of litigation. The attorney was directed to seek no settlement <br />on one case and to negotiate a settlement on the other. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:23 p.m. on motion of Mr. James <br />and second of Mr. Cavazos. <br /> <br />~:7{?
