A storage tank and booster pump will <br />also need to be installed to provide adequate water pressure for <br />fire protection to the industrial site. The City Attorney informed <br />the Council that an application will have to be filed with the <br />Public Utilities Commission to have the site included within the <br />city's area of convenience and necessity, as well as to include <br />all newly annexed property. Miss Edwards also told the Council <br />that Haysco Water Supply Corporation had filed an application to <br />have the industrial site included in its service area and suggested <br />the City protest that application. Mr. Breihan moved to direct <br />the City Attorney to file an application with the Public Utilities <br />Commission to include all property annexed by the City since 1973 <br />in its area of necessity and convenience. Mr. James seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. Mr. Breihan moved to authorize <br />the City Attorney to file a protest to the application filed by <br />Haysco Water Supply Corporation. Mr. James seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously.
