On roll call, the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Arredondo, Breihan, Cavazos, Craddock, Hansen, James <br />NAY: Sutton. <br /> <br />Bob Derrick of Forrest and Cotton/URS, came before the Council to present <br />conceptual designs for the Westover Project. Mr. Breihan moved to authorize <br />the engineers to proceed to the 60% planning stage on areas 1 and 2, plus <br />Girard Street, using plan 3 for the sewer improvements.
