VI. TERM AND TERMINATION <br />6.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of April 1, 2010 for a term of one year and <br />shall automatically renew for successive one -year terms unless sooner terminated as provided in <br />this Article. <br />6.2. The City may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing at least 90 <br />days' written notice of termination to the Chamber. The Chamber may terminate this Agreement <br />for any reason by providing at least 30 days' written notice of termination to the City. <br />6.3. The City may terminate this Agreement for failure of the Chamber to comply with <br />its obligations under this Agreement by providing written notice thereof to the Chamber. If the <br />Chamber fails to cure such non - compliance within 30 days of the receipt of notice from the City, <br />the City may terminate this Agreement. <br />6.4.
