Friedrich <br /> <br />Also present: Jerri Martin; Melissa Millecam; Rowe Ray; Terry Roberts; Jake <br />Krauskopf; and others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:55 p.m. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of a Resolution as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,' TEXAS, <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />OF HER SUCCESSOR, TO EXECUTE A CORRECTION DEED FOR A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />EXECUTED BY THE CITY ON SEPTEMBER 25, 1975, RECORDED IN VOLUME 278, <br />PAGE 583 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS TO MRS. BARBARA <br />BACKUS, AS EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF MRS. JEWEL PErERSON, DECEASED, <br />AND TO ACCEPT FROM MRS. BACKUS A CORRECTION DEED FOR A DEED SHE EXECUTED <br />TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ON SEPrEMBER 24, 1975, RECORDED IN VOLUME 278, <br />PAGE 581 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The City Manager explained the necessity of correction the metes and bounds contained <br />in the deed. Mr. Breihan moved adoption of the Resolution. Mr. Hansen seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr.; Hansen moved the Council recess to Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. <br />Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />At 12:35 a.m. the Council reconvened in Special Session on motion of Mr. Cavazos and <br />second of Mr. James.
