To facilitate the administration of the election, and as a convenience to the voters, during the absentee voting period of Monday, March 13, 1978 through Wednesday, March 29, 1978, City agrees to designate the School District L..J Office, 501 South L. B.J. Drive, as a Branch Absentee Voting Office for the City and School agrees to designate City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, as a Branch ABsentee Voting Office for the School. City and School further agree to maintain a Branch Absentee Voting Office for each other in accordance with Article 5.05 V.T.C.S. VI. On Election Day, all forms used in the conduct of the election, including but not limited to, the poll list, signature roster, ballot registers, report of voting results, tally lists, expense accounts, and all oaths and certificates will be used jointly by the two agencies. All forms will be returned to the City Secretary who shall keep them in her custody and shall deliver those documents known as the election returns to the School in accordance with I Section IV of this agreement. Copies of any other documents which remain with the City will be furnished to School, at no charge to School, upon Schools request.
