<br />73J <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />I has not satisfactorily complied with any of the provisions of the lease. <br />Conclusions: <br /> <br />(1) The status of Chandelle Aviation, Inc. needs to be clarified conclusively <br />to C01.illcil's satisfaction by the apparent new owner. I ~uld recommend that <br />Paragr>aph XXI be followed in this regard and that the presently acting Foo <br />be given thirty days notice to present facts and intentions' to the Council. <br /> <br />(2) IrTegardless of the legal status of Chandelle Aviation Inc., the C01.illcil <br />will want to review the present operation. Recanmend the presently acting <br />FEO be given thirty days in which to obtain Council approval of any transfer <br />of rights 1.illder the contract in order to comply with Paragraph XII of the <br />contract. <br /> <br />(3) If C01.illcil should determine that the presently acting Foo is not in <br />satisfactory compliance with any of the terms of the contract, then my re- <br />commendation ~uld be to provide :innnediate notice that such non-compliance <br />has voided the FEO option to extend in accordance with Paragraph XIII of the <br />contract. <br /> <br />(4) With the exception of the option provision discussed in (3) above, <br />I ~uld recommend that the presently acting Foo be given thirty days in <br />which to fully comply with all terms of the basic', contract to the complete <br />satisfaction of the Council in accordance with Paragraph XXI of the basic <br />contract.
