Mr. Tenorio moved to direct the staff to report <br />to the Council on any savings realized from the construction <br />projects so that the Council could set priorities on the allocation <br />of those funds. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion which passed <br />unanimously. The Mayor directed the staff to solicit citizen <br />participation on the location of the sidewalks in the Victory <br />Garden project. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of a Resolution as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ENGAGING FREESE <br />AND NICHOLS, INC. TO PERFORM THE FIRST PHASE <br />IN UPDATING THE CITY'S MASTER PLAN. <br /> <br />Mr. Tenorio moved the Resolution be adopted.
